Prue Leith founded her first party catering company in 1962. Today Leith's cater for conferences and events, private parties and restaurant goers.

Leith's has maintained and strengthened the original philosophy that led to such outstanding success: to provide stylish, unpretentious and excellent food and service "simply better" than its competitors.
