Located in a beautifully converted 19th century barn next to the Visitor Entrance, our wonderful Gift Shop is free to visit all year.

OPEN DAILY ALL YEAR:

10.30am* - 6pm or dusk when grounds open

10.30am* - 4.30pm when grounds closed

*Open from 9.30am on Farmers' Market days.
Excluding Christmas Day & Boxing Day and some dates in early January.

For visitors coming from far and near, it stocks a range of gift ideas, jewellery, clothing (including for our local shoppers, Tulchan women's wear), kitchen and garden items, toys, books, a wonderful selection of greetings cards, souvenirs and Kentish Produce.

In November and December, the shop becomes an Aladdin's cave of Christmas present ideas, stocking fillers and a wide selection of reasonably priced local produce hampers - or pick your own items and have a bespoke hamper made up for you. Festive food and drink available to our shoppers, with special late night shopping evenings - see our What's on events page for more details. 

Vouchers for the Gift Shop are available to purchase and make a lovely gift for someone local.

The Plant Centre

Stocked with a range of plants found in the Gardens at Penshurst Place, the Plant Centre is situated next to the Gift Shop and open all year.

Plants are supplied to us by the highly regarded How Green nursery in Edenbridge.

At Christmas there are Christmas trees and estate grown mistletoe for sale.

The Plant Centre is open at the same times as the Gift Shop.
