Terms and Conditions

By reading and following through with the purchase of your tickets, you hereby agree to the following terms:

We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged for another event except in the unlikely instance that we have to cancel a performance/ event or close the estate.

Bookings will not be taken at the gate except in exceptional circumstances. Please book online.

Whilst we endeavour to always have proof of your booking at the gate, please bring additional proof of your ticket purchases/ ticket number with you in the unlikely event that your booking does not appear on our records.

Penshurst Place & Gardens reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour we deem to be damaging or irresponsible to our other ticket holders and/or our staff.

Any comments about your experience, the event or our staff should be made to the Duty Manager where possible during the visit or sent to marketing@penshurstplace.com

Penshurst Place & Gardens retains the right to alter or change details of the performance where deemed necessary. In all circumstances we will endeavour to give you notice where possible.

Penshurst Place & Gardens cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to your personal belongings where you have made the choice to bring them, except where the damage has been caused by our staff.       
 
In the event that your contact details change between the time of purchase and the time of your arrival, please call us to let us know.
 
Penshurst Place & Gardens will not sell, trade or pass on your contact details to any other third parties. We also do not retain payment information. Your personal information is stored on secure servers and used in line with the Data Protection Act 1998. Whilst we endeavor to ensure your information is kept as safe as possible, we cannot ensure our absolute immunity to hacking and/ or cyber attacks.
