Opening Times 2013
House and Grounds open DAILY from Good Friday 29 March – 3 November.
Gift Shop & Porcupine Pantry* open daily all year.
Garden, grounds and gift shop open 10.30am – 6pm or dusk if earlier (last entry an hour before closing)
House and Toy Museum open 12 noon – 4pm
Garden Restaurant open 10.30am – 5pm or an hour before closing subject to seasonal variations. Last orders 15 mins before closing.
The Maize Maze will open daily from Saturday 20 July - Monday 2 September and weekends from 7th - 15th September. 10.30am - 6pm. Last entry at the Maze 5pm.
Porcupine Pantry cafe opens daily *from 29 March 9am - 6pm.
Prices for individuals 2013
House, Gardens & Grounds inc. Maize Maze:
Adult £10.00
Child (5-16 yrs) £6.50
Family day ticket (2+2) £28.00
Cyclists family £24.00 (or £1 off normal admission prices per person).
For those without a full paying ticket there is an additional charge for the Maize Maze when open of £2 per adult and £1 per child.

Adult £8.00
Child (5-16 yrs) £6.00
Family day ticket (2+2) £25.00
Cyclists family £21.00 (or £1 off normal admission prices per person).
For those without a full paying ticket there is an addtional charge for the Maize Maze when open of £2 per adult and £1 per child.
UNDER 5 year olds: Maximum 2 children free entry per full paying adult, £5.00 each additional child.
Garden Season Tickets
Individual Garden Season ticket (1 person plus unnamed guest): - £45.00 (£43 for Penshurst village residents)
Family Garden Season Ticket (2+2 OR 1+3): - £70.00 and £7.00 for each additional child for the year, maximum 5 children (5-16) on one card.
UNDER 5s: Maximum 2 children free per adult, thereafter £5 each additional child per visit or annual charge.

RHS and English Heritage members
Please refer to your membership handbooks for details of current entrance offers applicable to Penshurst Place.
RHS entrance policy:
We open to RHS members due to the generosity of the owners who wish to support the worthwhile nature of the RHS aims, and receive no financial contribution for providing free entry to RHS members. The owners receive no public subsidy for opening and rely on income from visitors to maintain the fabric of this historic building for future generations of visitors to enjoy and ensure it is maintained as part of England's great heritage.
This free entry is available to the one asterixed named cardholder only at certain times of the season. See the current RHS membership handbook for details. It will only be applicable to adult members and due to the value and nature of a group booking is not applicable to groups.
Under 5 year olds are charged for as noted above.
