Penshurst Place has a small Estate Office management team, and employs seasonal and part time Guides, Room Stewards, a Visitor Services team, Banqueting & Events coordinators, and Garden Tea Room, Kiosk and Gift Shop staff. Most of our seasonal staff recruiting takes place in the Winter, prior to the new season.
