Gift Shop

Open daily 9am - 5pm

Located in a beautifully converted 19th century barn next to the Visitor Entrance, our wonderful Gift Shop is open all year, even when Penshurst Place and Gardens is closed for the winter. For visitors coming from far and near, it stocks a range of gift ideas, jewellery, clothing, kitchen and garden items, toys, books, a wonderful selection of greetings cards, souvenirs and Kentish Produce.

In November and December, the shop transforms into a Christmas present wonderland, brimming with stocking fillers and a wide selection of locally-produced food hampers, our handmade Christmas wreaths and estate-grown mistletoe!

Open daily 9am - 5pm

Stocked with a range of plants found in the Gardens at Penshurst Place, as well as Christmas trees, wreaths and other festive goodies come the Christmas period, the Plant Centre is situated next to the Gift Shop and open all year.

Kiosk

Served from the Pantry, the Kiosk is located in the Adventure Playground and provides take-away hot and cold drinks and light snacks. Normally open during school holidays and weekends.

Picnics

Visitors are welcome to picnic in the designated picnic area off the Lime Walk where picnic benches are provided. Follow signs to Lake Park - situated a short walk from the Visitor Entrance.

The Adventure Playground, next to the Visitor Entrance also provides a perfect place for those with children to sit and enjoy their picnic.
