Elizabeth I & the Armada

23rd Mar - 24th Mar from 10.30am - 5.00pm

Elizabeth I is nervous. Philip II of Spain has declared war on England, and his ships are approaching the Isle of Wight estuary, Queen Elizabeth prepares her household, Philip must not be allowed to take her country! Join us for the immersive Armada experience and discover the life and times of the people during the Armada, and how Elizabeth I successfully outwitted Philip II!

A Weekend for Mum

30th Mar - 31st Mar from 11.00am - 4.00pm

30th March: Crafts in the Old Coach House
31st March: Crafts, Tudor Wives presentations in the Baron's Hall and special lunch menus in the Porcupine Pantry & Garden Restaurant. 

Visit on Saturday 30th March to create a loving card and maybe a special craft or two for Mum ready for the next day! on the 31st March you can enjoy crafts and a presentation by Tudor Legacies and the six wives of Henry VIII who are ready to finally reveal what it was really like to be married to the famous  King!

Afterwards, why not enjoy a variety of Cream Teas in the Porcupine Pantry or head to the Garden Restaurant for a delicious lunch - the perfect accompaniment to a stroll through the Spring Gardens.
