Viscount De L'Isle CVO MBE, the Sidney family and the Penshurst Place Estate team are deeply saddened to learn of the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. As a mark of respect for her 70-year reign, our flag has been lowered to half-mast. 

Penshurst Place and Gardens will remain open during this period of mourning. Any additional measures will be in accordance with established protocol, and further announcements will be made on our website and social media channels.
